Please book your appointments carefully to ensure that you will not find yourself in any situations where you aren't able to abide by the following policies.

We understand that life happens and sometimes appointments have to be changed. We ask that you please cancel/reschedule your appointment AT LEAST 48 hours before your scheduled time. If you cancel/reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment time you will be charged 50% of your treatment cost.

We ask that you arrive at your scheduled appointment time. Please call or text the office ASAP if you know you are running behind. If you show up late, please know that it will affect the length of your appointment and you will still be charged the full amount of your treatment cost. That being said, if you are more than 15 minutes late we will have to cancel your appointment and you will be charged your treatment cost. 

No call/No shows will not be tolerated by Lively Aesthetics. If you no call/no show for your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of your treatment cost. 

If you have 3 or more no calls/no shows, you will no longer be considered a client and you will not be able to rebook with Lively Aesthetics. 

*Exceptions for rare circumstances may be made for clients who are willing to communicate with their esthetician- we understand that some things are out of our control.


We ask that you please come to your appointment alone. It is not safe to have children around the chemicals, disinfectants, and fragile equipment in the office (nor is it very relaxing for you). If you need to bring a child, please make sure they have headphones and entertainment for the duration of your appointment. If any problems arise, we cannot extend your appointment time and it may effect your desired results. 

If you are a parent or legal guardian of a minor who is having a treatment done, you are welcome to come.

All appointments must be paid for in full at the end of your treatment. All payments are nonrefundable. An invoice will be sent if your card declines at the time of your treatment, if you cancel/reschedule your appointment within 24 hours, if you no call/no show, or if you show up more than 15 minutes late for your appointment. If you do not pay the balance on the invoice, the balance will be kept on your account and you will not be able to rebook until it is paid in full.

Drinks lots of water before and after your treatment. Staying hydrated is important for healthy skin.

Do not exfoliate for 3 days (72 hours) prior to your appointment. 

Get your workout in before your appointment, heat and sweat can irritate and cause redness in freshly exfoliated skin.

No makeup on your fresh skin for at least 24 hours. 

Please follow all other home care recommendations made by your esthetician at the end of your visit.
